With over ten years experience in adult education, Metaphora International combines research and practice to engage with people, their work and their stories.

We are Story Mediators, educators and co-creators of a Collaborative Storytelling approach that people love. With a CRAFT mindset, we offer 1-on-1, group sessions, workshops and online courses for managing change and self-leadership.

We believe that valuing people’s stories is the most effective way to create, collaborate, set goals and work with purpose.

Research Method Consultation

The Collaborative Story Craft method allows researchers to serve as a Story Mediators and incorporate various voices during strategic and structural change. The method was designed to foster collaboration and inclusion of individual experiences to validated consent when co-creating a common story.
